My Instagram and YouTube videos were my way of coming out of hiding, being seen, and sharing my experience with others. I don't feel comfortable in front of the camera, that's why I did it. Looking back on them still feels painful and embarrassing, but it was the start of building myself back up. I'm leaving them up so that others who are lost like I was can follow the trail out of the darkness.
